Specialist Bowland Pork hog roasts and barbeques

James Martin at Chester Food and Drink Festival 2005Bowland Outdoor Reared Pork specialises in hog roasts and barbeques for your wedding, functions or events.  You can hire a state-of-the-art hog roast and / or a large, professional, gas-powered ‘Cinders’ barbeque which can be supplied along with your chosen cuts of Bowland Outdoor Reared pork, beef and lamb.

Three hog roast machines are available for hire and you can operate the machines yourself, or hire staff from Bowland Outdoor Reared Pork to manage the machines for you.  Two sizes of Bowland Pork hog roast are available:

·The smaller hog roast will serve between 100 and 150 people
·The larger hog roast will serve between 150 and 200 people

The gas powered BBQ is also available for hire.  The best sausages and burgers, steaks and gammons can be supplied with the barbeque and all are produced by Bowland Outdoor Reared Pork.  (The sausages won Northwest Fine Foods ‘Best overall sausage’ Award)
